When listing the children's personal property, he states that he has 2 girls and 5 boys, but when listing his expenses, he lists 3 girls and 4 boys. Kody does not even know what gender his children are! Also, he does not indicate that he has other "wives" or baby-mamas. So, he mislead the court by stating that Meri was the mother of his 7 children.
Looks like a fraudulent bankruptcy filing if you ask me.
ReplyDeleteOne theory is that Janelle's children were already declared on a previous bankruptcy in 1997. That may be why they are missing.
ReplyDeletePerhaps, an attorney recommended he not run the children through a second bankruptcy filing?
I mean, having children go through bankruptcy more than once ever 6.5 years could be stressful or something.
